When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within two business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves Mondo.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic delivery typically arrives within three to five business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
International delivery usually takes five to ten business days. Customs duties and local taxes may apply upon arrival.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, contact our team with your order number. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived faulty.
